We laid the cab on the frame and put the floor bolts in place.
Lift each side to bolt-on the shackles.
I dimly recall that there is little or no side-to-side or front-to-back adjustments.

A bit of slack in the front holes and the shackle rears can be shimmed with shims between the bracket and the frame but this is about it 0n adjustment. On any car/truck of any year we use 12" to 15" long all thread rods in the mount holes so the body can be guided into place from long distance rather than set onto the frame and then wrestled around.
