I thought there was a difference but I couldn't remember what it was. I can probably deal with that. One more frame related question: Are the frames under panel trucks the same as pickup trucks? | | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | mostly the same except for different body mounts and the panel frame has extensions on the back of the frame to position the bumper correctly, the rear extensions [riveted on] can be cut off, but you'd need the pickup body mount brackets to add to the panel frame - also the panel has a frame mounted gas tank that might be made to work for a pickup, but would be easily sold
