LOL.... do you actually think you could have resisted that long? Say hello to Alvin.

....hey guys, wish you could all have come down for a little reunion. Its great having Tammy and Bruce visiting and taking in some good southern hospitality smile
Say, are your ears burning yet? I was asking about each one of you tonight and catching up on the B.C. gang.

...Now about those apple fritters and Nanaimo bars. Bobb, have Bernie make up a batch and have one for me!

...and Mike, yep, we ask about you guys to. You still have Susanne's '59 Chevy?
Gosh, looks like Victoria and I are gonna have to plan another trip and see all of you. We need to stock up on Apple Fritters and Nanaimo too smile

Hy Alvin, you are always welcome, just give us a couple of days notice so Bernie can assemble some Nanaimo bars (enough for you and Dave) and a couple each for the rest of us.

Well...we have moved on down the road. We had a blast with Alvin & Victoria. Alvin ran me all over the County visiting his friends. We went to a restoration shop that specializes in Mopar stuff - some incredible and rare muscle cars - Hemis / 440 Wedge kinda stuff. Alvins' friends seem to have a thing for stuffing 454's into cars & trucks. Saw Alvins 37, and also his Panel ( although rear-end gears were out) I have to take his word about leaving block long patches of rubber *g*. A great visit with good people. I hope their plans to head out west soon come to fruition.
