I realize it depends on: rust, condition of fenders, etc. but... could people give me what time it took them to take the old one out and how long to put a new one back in.
I am getting a new chrome grille and taking out my old painted one. The truck is a 1951 and is in overall good shape, i just like the looks of the chrome grille.
Oh yeah...any helpful hints would be appreciated.

Sometimes the new one will be a little finicky to bolt up but you may hit it lucky if your truck hasn't been twisted and rode hard over the years.

It is measured in numbers of cuss words, including creative combinations of said cuss words, in addition to the total sum of the distances of thrown tools. Or, if you are an optimist, it is measured in the amount of pure joy of the experience in successfully doing it yourself. Either way, the time that it takes to do it will likely be subtracted from the end of your life.
But then, you won't be able to wipe the smile off your face looking at that sweet grille when the sun shines on it.

I'm hoping it gets here to Ontario Canada soon as our weather can start to get cold as early as October and cold fingers will just add to the amount of cuss words and time...
I will definitly report back...it might just be in a few weeks.
