Hey All

I put a new carb and coil on my 1946 and she started.

See video

She ran before when i parked her but that was before i knew the ethanol blues.

I used a 1966 carb and am MISSING the power piston rod that attaches to the throttle linkage and goes into the floatbowl. I have 6 carbs in various states ive tried to get it to fire.

On my youtube channel is also my 1938 and 1940 trucks starting.

DOES ANYONE KNOW A 1BBL Carb rebuilder?

I called mikes carb shop and he said he focuses on 4bbl stuff

Wasn't there a member "CarbKing" or maybe that is the name of a carb rebuilder. This getting old isn't what I signed up for.....

I don't think Carking does any rebuilding service anymore but he does sell kits. He is around here somewhere. Look him up and send him a message.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
