when I park the truck (52 Chev 1/2 ton PU)on any angle to the side, even a slight grade, gas leaks out of the gas cap. I believe it generally occurs when the tank is full. Any way to stop the leak or is it just the nature of the truck?

Gas expands as it gets warmer. In warm weather, gas in the ground storage tank is usually cooler than in the truck tank. A full tank of gas could easily expand enough to result in overflow.

Stop filling the tank as soon as the pump clicks off the first time. leaves room for expansion.
