For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! I like the asphalt coated woven stuff because its kinda "old school" but maybe the split type is more practical. Feeding wire that has installed terminals does not look like fun. It really cleans the wiring up and makes things more "professional", although I am still very much a rookie. Use a pull wire rather than pushing the wire through. Diameter all depends on number of wires. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 1,001 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 1,001 | I was able to use the 1/4" wire jacket. The two wires from the tail light feed through easily. I installed the terminals after the wires were feed through.

Where did you find those? | | | | | Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 1,596 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 1,596 | Not too bad for a "rookie" Ritchie. I like those clips on the frame in the last photo. Where did you find those? That's factory GM stuff, you should be able to get them at Autozone or similar. What is the best i.d. to use? Painless Performance, Keep It Clean Wiring, and others now have loom available that looks similar to the asphalt stuff but is split. Have a look at it. | | | | | Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 815 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 815 | Thanks, I'll look into it. | | |
