Beneath the vent itself there are two curved pieces. I suppose pivot points. There are two holes on each. Does the vent rotate around a bolt, or should the piece it bolts to rotate?
Any diagrams?

Man that webshots was sure a bust. It cost's me a couple times a
year to keep the pbase album but it's worth it not to have the
ads and know that the pictures are mine not the site that hosts
my album.

baby sat her for 20 years and finally had to admit that I
couldn't afford flying as a hobby. But it was fun for the first
four or five years after I built it. 5,000 man hours worth of
work but it gave me lots of beautiful memory's once
we "slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the
skies on laughter-silvered wings".
