Putting all back together, and I can't seem to remember or find pictures of the cowl vent installation.
Beneath the vent itself there are two curved pieces. I suppose pivot points. There are two holes on each. Does the vent rotate around a bolt, or should the piece it bolts to rotate?
Any diagrams?
