Recently bought a running, driving 1950 Chevy 3100 and have some work to do on it like a dual master cylinder, adjusting the rear of the hood to close tightly, fitting a spare tire underneath, finding an original dry air cleaner, etc. Been around cars all my life, but still need advice from time to time especially regarding the torque tube.

Jim, your at the right place. Lots of knowledge here on the Bolt and great folks willing to share.

Check out the tech tips, gallery and such. Take a little time to learn your way around and ask questions in the best forum for great responses and ideas. The AD style pickup is really popular and parts are available.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile
