You can find the casting numbers on inliners.org
Your casting number appears incorrect, it should be 6-7 digits. The number is found on passenger side about middile under side covers.
FO620THU, is I believe the engine code from the distributor pad.
I've had a hard time finding engine codes for a six cylinder.

K being the month, 22 being the day, and 4 being the year.
We cannot solve our problems today using the same thinking we used when we created them!
