lefty1 Wrench Fetcher L Joined: Apr 2013 Posts: 144 AL	"Ballast resistor are known to fail and are the weak link in the system IMHO." I'm not being a smart aleck, as I truly don't know, exactly does one diagnose a bad ballast resistor? Do you have insufficient voltage to crank??
