Thanks for the help. The sealing strip I am talking about is from Classic parts of America item 70-717. Seems to be the right type of stuff, just not thick enough? The shop manual says .031 or .046. My material is 1/32 or .031. American classic truck parts offers glass setting tape, but doesn't give the thickness. The bottom bracket I reference is the lower sash, thought it would use the same setting tape as the rest of the channel, did not realize its a separate piece. I have the felt lined channels that the finished window rides up and down in, am now trying to get the new raw glass installed back into the frames. Looks like I may need to find something thicker?
