need to explain better ....
what "sealing strip" around the glass?
what material are you using to "do the bottom bracket"?
is that bottom bracket the lower sash that attaches to the mechanism?
what are the "bottom channels?
have you consulted a
shop manual, section 1?
the glass has a
metal frame attached to the glass with a "rubber filler", that fits snug in the door channels, which are lined with a felt channel - there is
a rubber seal that fits the glass into the lower sash to make up
the assembly ... maybe you're missing something or aren't using the parts in the right place?
