Try spraying it down with some kind of lube WD40,or anything like that and take a small hammer and tap the ends one way and than the other. Let it set so the lube has a chance to get in there and work on the rust than take the hammer and tap it again,keep doing that for a few days and it will start to move back and forth.Don't hit it hard just a few lite taps and it will come loose I've done three that way and saved all of them.
