Dual stock 1954 235 truck mufflers on an original diameter dual pipe system (Fenton Headers) in appoximately the original positon (relative to the original pipe/muffler) on my 261 was a nice enough sound to cause a young cop to call in my speeding violation on a country road because "your truck sounded so hot that I thought you might try to run me".
I asked him if he would put that in writing, so that I could show that to my friends.
