it works!!!! im still not sure what the guy did, but it works like a champ. it shows about 25amps at idle and when you rev it up, it shows about 35 or so, and the headlights and all the warning lights and sirens are working so much faster and are all brighter. good news, i dont have to charge my battery up all the time anymore. Thanks so much everyone for all your help. 76 dollars later im in business.
