The 4600 would be a 1-1/2 ton rated truck, not 2-ton.
I agree with John, jack the wheels up off the ground (one at a time) and adjust the brakes for heavy drag while spinning the wheel by hand. that may be all you need to do. After adjusting check the fluid level.
