No vehicle has the turn lights in the same fixture as the DRLs for the reason given, it makes it harder to see that a turn is being indicated. Sorry if I offended anyone by stating a universal law. If someone asked how to put forward facing red lights on their cab, would it be infringing on their rights by letting them know that that was also against the law?
