but any new sports car comes from the factory with daytime running "parking" lights. (Check out the new Corvette) therefore, it must not be illegal to run in all states with parking lights only......it is illegal to run in all states with parking lights only-IF it is dark outside....but after dark, just remember to turn the headlights on. just my 2 cents
