Find the closest tire recycler and take them there. They will charge by the pound. Hopefully there is one close, either that or try a commercial tire shop and see if you can pay them to throw them in with their old ones.

I've taken tires into recyclers in Columbus, OH and South of Atlanta, GA. They are bound to be spread about the country.... I would think any large city would have one as hauling junk tires is a loosing proposition.
