In trying to repair a horn that does not exist I found that the horn relay and voltage regulator are also missing. What about the wires that are supposed to go to these? I traced the wire from the horn button to the new horn I put in but it did not work. Next I take the steering wheel off--have to check why the directionals canceling device is not working anyway. Do I need to put in the missing parts? Everything else seems to work ok.
