If you intend to restore your truck you might want to replace the loom.
If you intend to dailey drive the truck it realy depends on your elect. skills weather or not to repalace or repair the loom.
If you want farm truck, cut and splice till stuff works.
Note; replacement of wiring sounds easy, but if you don't know what you are doing maybe you should get a knowlageable freind to help.
