Ok so you have to have a sourse before you have electricity. I agree, my question was is there electricity at the end of the wire when there is an open circuit and how do you prove that. The analogy of water in the hose won't work, and I mistakenly put people in the coaster, that was incorrect it should have been people in line to ride the coaster. There are electrons in everything all the time 24/7 and they are moving all the time. It is when all the electrons are moving in the same direction that you have currant (electricity). If not allowed to flow due to an open circuit no electricity is preasant.
Still not proven. This is more like the falling tree in the woods with no one around thing.
