It requires flow to have power, and at the end of the wire there is no flow untill you give it a path to follow right? I am right back where I started.
You do realize I realy dont care if the electricty is at the end of the wire or not. And you may be right but how do you prove it?
Its realy like the chicken and the egg who realy cares which one came first as long as I can have an omlett and some buffalo wings.
