All I know is you need to stop running it until you find the problem. You are going to break something or get hurt. It is obvious the relief valve isn't working, and it is also apparent the oil isn't going anywhere. You are going to have to drop the pan, because either you have a pump with no relief valve, or someone has plugged off the hole where it goes, the bearings are in upside down or something. I am pretty sure it has something to do with your "conversion". It is also apparent there is something you aren't telling us. And when you do find the problem you are going to just cry most likely.....
