yea trucker.. i am very surprised about the pressure also..in fact when i first started the engine with the filter bypassed and a 300psi gauge on it. when i raised the rpm with engine still cold the gauge read over 230psi at the pump and 80psi at the head.. i have never heard of a chevy 6 putting out that kind of pressure.. if i get time to start it today i will see if i can get a video of it both cold and hot
