not being made for "our vehicles", special packs of them are being used in electric vehicles [including golf carts and wheel chairs] that use external computer controlled chargers periodically, they can not be continuously charged by an alternator as in "our vehicles", but require
special 'smart chargers', and the deep cycle LIon batteries available cost in the range of $600-$1200
