Wow. This "Bill" thing is gonna get confusing.
I'm going to have to make sure that this switch that's in there has the proper hookups and breakers (I don't see why it wouldn't, but then again, I know my grandpa), and that the brake lights are hooked to it.
Zenish: What turn signal switch? That's why you have arms!
Seriously, though. They didn't even bother putting turn signals on until the mid-to-late fifties, and they weren't mandatory until 1961 (at least in Michigan).
On those old trucks, the brake lights ran through the headlight switches, seeing as they didn't HAVE turn signal switches. That, and I just redid my switch, and trust me when I say that the brakes WERE NOT routed through the bloody thing when I tore it down.
