Jacob - acquire the following bill of materials:

(A) 6 in x 6 in x 2 in block of walnut
(B) 4 in x 4 in square of green (or your color choice) felt
(C) a micro-switch
(D) a piece of lamp rod
(E) a bulb recepticle
(F) an electric cord
(G) 2 wood lag screws

Remove choke and throttle plates from the carburetor. Drill hole through center of felt and walnut block, and insert the cord. Set the carburetor on the felt on top of the block, and secure to the block with the wood screws. Attach the micro switch to the inside of the throttle body, such that working the throttle turns the switch off and on. Insert the lamp rod into the venturi area of the carburetor, add wire and the recepticle on the top of the lamp rod. Now all you need is a shade to have a functional "carburetor" which doesn't leak. Makes a great conversation item.

Jon.

Good carburetion is fuelish hot air
The most expensive carburetor is the wrong one you attempt to modify.
