Baldy Member B Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 1,029 Glide, Oregon	The power surge could happen if your battery momentarily disconnected, allowing the full power of the charging system to go to all the loads instead of being moderated by the presence of the battery. Got that T-shirt.
