On the face of the drum between the studs?
yesthey are between the studs and they are countersunk flat head machine screws
is there anywhere to get the torque spec for the lock nuts and stuff
yeah in that link i attached some posts ago. you adjust the bearing tightness with the inner nut and lock the setting with the outer one.
