Pull the wheels and drums off to see what's going on. just because you don't have to have something visible to have something wrong with the system. It's gonna take more than rebuild kits to get it 100% as designed. Don't overlook the hydravac. when its leaking internally fluid disappears like magic. Where's that pretty blue smoke coming from. It could be brake fluid. Replace all three hoses while your at it.
