Steve, I had a "problem" with my 52 panel. Ends up that the glass folks cut the back edge to straight and that is not the case. There is a small but slight "lean" to it. Stand back and look at the back edge of the door.
My problem was the glass I used for a pattern was from a badly worn out window channel and the glass had been cut to "fit it". A nice bolter sent me a pattern of the original glass and the glass company cut me another free....wow, what service. The glass now works just fine even though the right one is a little tight.
Note, if the window goes up about half way before getting tight then the angle of the cut may be the culprit??

Just trying to help...and I highly recommend to anyone getting glass cut that you make sure you have an original glass or pattern. I think some vendors actually sell the pattern.
