Tim, Denny, I did exactly what you guys are talking about. Rounded off the head for "marking" my panels for arm rest and also this this for the sun visors. Most folks come in the shop and ask what was I doing....after I tell them they slap their heads
Once I Marked my panels I used the cheapo hole punching set and bingo, perfect circles.
