Instead of a template I would rough fit "tack weld" the new cowl panel and then test fit the door. In the process you can check the hinge operation, are the hinges in good condition? Phil
Hinges seem to be in good shape - a very small amount of play on the pins.
Can I test fit the doors without the outer cowl in place? Is it needed for support / integrity?
