I don't have any interest in changing the transmission. Its a 3 speed with the R10 Overdrive (6 speeds) and its a really nifty way to get highway speeds married to the right rear end. I just like the feel of one hand on the wheel, the other on the knob. More nostalgic since when I was in my early 20's my 1954 3100 had the 4 speed. Hopefully there are others who would love to convert their tree system to the floor.
