I built a spreader for the frame using a turnbuckle and some wood. You need to gently spread the frame with some method or a second person. Takes practice, soap, plastic tools, spreader, patience, good carpeted work area, and develop a technique. I do solid windows on my burbs now as seen in my tech tip. Nicer, easier, albeit not stock.
