Howdy;
On my 4 speed SM420 (I believe), how does one go about removing the stick from the trans housing? I think I have to press down on the retaining ring, but does it turn clockwise or counter clockwise? And should I be in any particular gear? I can get it to push down, but having a heckuva time getting the thing to rotate.
