The only thing that makes the 'vacuum hose' special is they used to have a steel inner wire support. That was the only thing keeping the hose from collapsing. I have both a CCKW and G506's and that's what's plumbed up to the vac's.
The trick is getting the support wire in the otherwise not that special rubber hose. I have wound springs on my lathe, and have a good idea for a way to make a segment long enough to go from the check valve to the 'vac.
