There is a specific hose out there that is recommended, comes in only 100' rolls and is very expensive. I went to my local NAPA and asked for the thickest walled, highest psi hose in that dia. they had and bought a few feet and it has worked fine and was affordable. It isn't heater hose but looks like it, it's used for higher pressure oil and fuel lines. I'ts been in the truck for two years now and still looks fresh!
