Denny has it that is what you need, comes with everything. You want to put some grease in with that rebuild kit. I have heard of a few people that put a zerk in the metal enclosure but I just filled mine with a heavy grease we used in rebuilding 4100 P&H shovels, it doesn't leak out and cold/ heat does not affect it.
