I'm sure I posted this a bunch of times before Richard. But if
you didn't see it, here is the rebuild that I did to my
regulators. I made new posts from CRS, which you can do on your
Leblonde and I punched out new leathers from some scrap
material I got from Tandy leather. The new posts have a tubular
rivet shank turned on the end from dimensions given in the
JayCee rivet catalog. They were set using a ball bearing in the
press.
I did mine five years ago, and I installed new window run
channels at the same time. They roll up and down just like a
new window, quite easely and I have no trouble with them
slipping down. In other words they stay put where I leave them.
