...well, not exactly 51 ashton. It is a seperate piece but is manifold mounted to the cylinder assembly. Converto and I think Marion also used this arrangement. It elininated hose's and the connections but as the cylinder extended it inclined and that put a large strain on the u-joint conneced to the pump.
Jim Sears: only by knowing the hoist brand, model and application could a capacity be determined for the hoist you have. It is probably in the 5-8 ton range. Sounds like a twin arm underbody design and as such it wouldn't be choice for a roll back or implement carrier. I'd forget it and use a new product that is double acting.
