I know they're not stock, but I got 2 new (in the box) 2009 Buick Enclave
visors and installed them in my 51 panel. Both have lighted vanity mirrors ( I wired them up) & they articulate pretty well side to side and up and down.
These were units that were either over runs or discontinued due to engineering changes. In any event I'm happy with them. Got em off eBay for 45 bucks.
The screw in base pattern is slightly different from stock but is still 3 holes. You just need to orient the bases so the visors articulate properly.
