Everyone's right - the fit is waaaay too tight. I pulled mine off of the rods, sanded the rods down a bit then put some oil on them. They work fine now - except that the visors kept swinging out away from the roof visor. I added a couple of small hooks so I can hook the visors in place when not in use.
