I had the same problem with my aftermarket inside visors. I don't think quality control is a word that even excist in the Chinese language. The fit was hideous.
The solution was to remove all the rivets & crappy visor,slightly pry open the part that holds the visor just enough to drop a small washer spacer in between. Using the crap cardboard visor previously removed,cut a nice new visor from real 1/8" plywood.Sand the shaft with 1500 sandpper,little bit of vaseline. Install new rivets, now they work fine. Hope this helps you guys with yours.
