I think you'd do better trying to sell the whole truck as a unit, minus the engine. Or grab a free 235 locally and throw it in to get it going again. Rear diff shouldn't be hard to replace either. Don't waste money on it trying to make it more sellable. Just unload it quick to someone that wants it.
