Your truck is actually a '62.(a 62 4x4 is a pretty rare bird by the way) The switch should not be a problem and you'll have the added benefit of an accessory position that the '41 doesn't have. As long as you can make it fit, I don't see a problem. I assume everything is going to 12 volt as well?
why are the 62 so rare? and from what you can see, what makes it a 62 instead of a 61?
