The part number is only found on the box, instructions, or hardware envelope contained in the kit. You will find photos of mine in my picture folders (some factory). I purchased the complete NOS set-up off eBay where they appear frequently $$$$! I have the original instructions on a PDF I can send to you. Send me a PM if you are interested.
